On May 1, 2026, members of the Vietnamese Canadian IT Professionals Association (VICAIT) joined industry professionals, manufacturers, technology leaders, engineers, consultants, startups, and SME owners at The Curators Hub for the executive workshop “Turning AI and Robotics into Measurable Operational Gains.”

The event was organized by IndustrioTech Community, DX.Training, Artintech ERP, AI-Innovate, Beaver Robotics, and the Ontario Centre of Innovation, welcoming approximately 100 attendees for a full day of discussions, demonstrations, networking, and hands-on learning focused on practical applications of AI and robotics in industrial operations.

VICAIT was proud to participate as a community partner, helping connect Vietnamese Canadian technology professionals and businesses with Canada’s broader innovation and industrial transformation ecosystem. The workshop highlighted how AI-powered solutions, digital twins, predictive maintenance, production analytics, and quality control technologies are becoming increasingly accessible to small and medium-sized manufacturers.

Several VICAIT corporate members also joined the event, including Robomain and Nilead, reflecting the growing engagement of VICAIT’s business community in AI, robotics, automation, and digital transformation. Their participation demonstrated the important role that Vietnamese Canadian technology companies can play in supporting innovation, collaboration, and practical AI adoption across Canadian industries.

The agenda covered key topics such as AI applications for operational improvement, AI-powered digital twins and predictive maintenance, industrial innovation support programs, AI-powered quality control, and industry roundtable discussions. Attendees also experienced live demonstrations, including RFID applications, VR and digital twin showcases, and a RoboDog demonstration.

VICAIT extends its appreciation to the organizers, sponsors, speakers, and community partners for creating a meaningful platform for knowledge sharing and cross-sector collaboration. The event also included special recognition for Dr. Bach Hoang, Director of VICAIT, who was thanked by the organizers for his support in connecting the VICAIT community and contributing to the collaborative spirit of the event.

Through participation in events like this, VICAIT continues to strengthen its mission of connecting Vietnamese Canadian IT professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate members with opportunities in technology, innovation, and business growth. We look forward to supporting more initiatives that bring together community, industry, and emerging technologies to create measurable impact.
